# Roger W. Smith

> Roger W. Smith is one of the world's leading independent watchmakers, creating bespoke, hand-built mechanical watches on the Isle of Man. A protégé of master watchmaker George Daniels, Roger advances the Daniels Method and the co-axial escapement through traditional British craftsmanship and continual technical development.

Roger W. Smith Ltd designs, manufactures, finishes and assembles its watches in-house at its Isle of Man workshop. Each watch is made to order, with annual production limited to approximately 15 to 20 pieces. The current collection comprises Series One through Series Six.

## Watch collection

- Series One: A time-only watch inspired by The GREAT Britain, offered in 38mm or 40mm cases and also available as an Open Dial.
- Series Two: Hours, minutes and seconds with a power-reserve indicator, offered in 38mm or 40mm cases.
- Series Three: A 40mm watch with a retrograde calendar and symmetrical dial, also available as an Open Dial.
- Series Four: A 41mm instantaneous triple-calendar and moon-phase watch featuring Roger's travelling date aperture.
- Series Five: The open-dial development of the Series Two Mark 2, offered in 38mm or 40mm cases.
- Series Six: Hours, minutes and seconds on a floating central dial, with the date displayed by the travelling date aperture.
